Aftercare

  • You'll leave with a protective film (Second Skin). How long to keep it on and how to take it off, I'll explain at the studio
  • After removal, wash gently with warm water
  • Apply a thin layer of unscented moisturizer (Bepanthen or similar)
  • Keep the area clean and dry
  • No soaking (sea, pool, hot springs) for at least 3 weeks
  • Avoid direct sun, and use sunscreen once fully healed
  • Don't scratch or pick flaking skin (pat gently if itchy)

Healing

  • Healing time varies: small tattoos take about 2 weeks, larger pieces longer
  • If you notice unusual redness, heat, swelling or persistent bleeding, contact a doctor
  • If something needs a touch-up once it's healed, message me and we'll sort it out. Details in the touch-up policy
